Litigation Attorney Van Gundy Joins Buchalter in San Francisco

Christopher Van Gundy joined Buchalter as a partner in its litigation, class actions and FDA regulatory compliance practice groups in San Francisco, the firm announced Friday.

Van Gundy maintains a dual practice representing companies in commercial litigation, class actions, and California Proposition 65 matters, while also advising on FDA and USDA regulatory compliance, including labeling reviews and product recalls. He works with clients across a wide range of product categories, including baby formula, fruit purees, olive oil, energy bars, seafood, spices, juice and beverages, dietary supplements, tobacco, and pet food, the firm said.

He joins from Sheppard Mullin.
