Linklaters Adds Matthew Hodgson as Public International Law Head

Matthew Hodgson joined Linklaters as an arbitration partner and head of public international law in London, the firm announced Tuesday.

Hodgson represents clients in energy, infrastructure, life sciences, oil and gas, mining, real estate, technology, and telecommunications. He also acts for private equity and funds clients in claims arising from mergers and acquisitions transactions and joint venture and shareholder disputes, the firm said.

He joins from A&O Shearman.
