Bruce Kilpatrick has joined Linklaters as part of the antitrust and foreign investment practice in London, the firm said Friday.
Kilpatrick, who joins from Addleshaw Goddard, advises clients on complex merger control, antitrust enforcement, and foreign direct investment cases, according to Linklaters. He also defends high stakes antitrust damages litigation and director disqualification proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
He works with clients involved in the financial services, pharmaceuticals, and technology industries, Linklaters said.
