Mark Lemley has joined Lex Lumina as of counsel, the firm said Monday.
Lemley is the co-founder of litigation boutique, Durie Tangri. The firm was recently acquired by Morrsion & Foerster.
He litigates and counsels clients on intellectual property, antitrust, and internet law, according to the firm. He also works as a professor at Stanford Law School.
