Kirk Jenkins joined Lewis Roca as a partner in its litigation practice group in San Francisco, the firm announced Thursday.
Jenkins’ practice includes handling litigation over groundwater contamination, asbestos exposure, electrocution injuries, and issues related to failure to warn and design defects, the firm said.
He litigates in both state and federal appellate courts, with an emphasis on federal preemption cases and constitutional law, the firm said.
