The law firm that sprouted from a Lewis Brisbois mass exodus has itself seen a wave of more than 30 defections after the new operation’s leaders were ousted over past racist, sexist and antisemitic emails.
The departures include Joseph Lordan, a name partner at the spinoff practice, Daugherty Lordan. He has joined O’Hagan Meyer as co-managing partner of the San Francisco office, according to the firm’s website and an auto response to an email sent to Daugherty Lordan.
