The law firm that sprouted from a Lewis Brisbois mass exodus is ending operations, as at least another 25 attorneys left to join O’Hagan Meyer.
“Unfortunately, risk, uncertainty, and market conditions made it impossible for us to thrive as a startup,” the firm, Daugherty Lordan, said in a statement.
The latest group fleeing the firm, formerly known as Barber Ranen, includes more than a dozen California-based partners, O’Hagan Meyer said in a statement. The exits follow an earlier wave of Daugherty Lordan attorneys who joined O’Hagan Meyer, including name partner Joseph Lordan.
