Jeffrey H. McClelland has joined Lewis Brisbois as a partner with the labor and employment practice in Denver, the firm said Wednesday.
McClelland represents employers in state and federal court as well as before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Colorado Civil Rights Division, according to Lewis Brisbois.
He also advises employers on employee pay and timekeeping practices, workplace policies, employee training, and employee discipline, Lewis Brisbois said.
