Rick Mueller and Heather Counts have joined Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith as partners in its products liability and toxic tort and environmental litigation practices in St. Louis, Mo., the firm said Thursday.
Mueller has served as national counsel for Japanese manufacturers and focuses on prodcuts liability matters, according to Lewis Brisbois.
Counts defends clients against consumer products claims, Lewis Brisbois said. She has also served as national counsel for manufacturers, according to the firm.
They join from Thompson Coburn.
