Brian F. Walthart has joined Lewis Brisbois as a partner in the general liability practice in Nashville, Tenn., the firm said Thursday.
Walthart has tried cases involving matters such as alleged insurance bad faith, products liability, construction defect, personal injury, sexual harassment, professional negligence, and civil rights, according to Lewis Brisbois.
He also defends cases on behalf of firm clients, resolving them through the use of pretrial motions and appeals, said the firm.
