Lenovo Group Limited announced the upcoming retirements of Senior Vice President and Chief Legal and Corporate Responsibility Officer Laura Quatela and Executive Vice President and group Chief Financial Officer WaiMing Wong in a press release Friday.
David Carroll, currently vice president and general counsel for the intelligent devices group and group operations, will become chief legal officer. He joined Lenovo in 2014 as part of the group’s acquisition of Motorola Mobility. As CLO, he will work with complex legal matters, including licensing, litigation, trademark, marketing, privacy, product security, trade, and regulatory compliance.
