Leib Orlanski Joins Greenspoon Marder’s Corporate Practice in LA

Leib Orlanski joined Greenspoon Marder as a partner in its corporate practice group in Los Angeles, the firm announced Wednesday.

Orlanski focuses his practice on private equity acquisitions, where he assists companies, deal sponsors, and management teams in identifying strategic acquisition targets, securing acquisition funding, and drafting and negotiating purchase or divestiture agreements. He represents companies seeking underwriters for initial public offerings, follow-on public offerings, and PIPE financing, the firm said.

He joins from K&L Gates, according to his LinkedIn profile.
