Michael Stahl joined Harbor as chief integration officer and general counsel, the company announced Wednesday.
Stahl will lead Harbor’s efforts to integrate acquired companies into its business, in addition to overseeing legal and compliance functions, the company announced.
He joins from Barge Design Solutions, where he was chief commercial officer.
