A partner left behind by Kramer Levin’s Paris office transfer to Morgan Lewis & Bockius in December says he’s owed the revenue accrued by the office after the decampment.
Antoine Paszkiewicz sued New York-based Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel on Wednesday in New York County Supreme Court, ahead of the firm’s impending tie-up with the UK’s Herbert Smith Freehills. A founding member of Kramer’s sole non-US office, Paskiewicz said according to the partnership agreement he is owed as much as 3.25 million euros.
