TWO LAWYERS with a history of competing against each other in high-profile sports antitrust cases are set to face off again in federal court when monopolization claims against NASCAR brought by two racing teams — one owned by basketball legend Michael Jordan — go to trial later this year, Katie Arcieri reports.
