A Georgia lawyer who defrauded his firm and spent $18.5 million on gambling, private jets, and “more than 50 different social companions” has forfeited his law license.
The Georgia Supreme Court Tuesday unanimously accepted Nathan E. Hardwick IV’s voluntary license surrender, capping a years-long saga for the former leader of a national residential real estate law firm and title business that stretched across 16 states.
