Lawyer Leaves King of Beers for Knicks, Rangers Legal Roles (1)

Bryan Warner is one lawyer who won’t be banned from Madison Square Garden.

New York’s iconic sports and concert venue, which bills itself as the world’s most famous arena, has hired the former Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton associate from Anheuser-Busch InBev as senior vice president and head of legal, according to a proxy filing Thursday by MSG Sports Corp.

Warner most recently was deputy general counsel and company secretary for Budweiser Brewing Co. APAC Ltd., Asia’s largest brewer and the Hong Kong-listed regional arm of AB InBev. The beer company works with hundreds of law firms.
