Law Firm Kirkland & Ellis Expands to Miami With Big Office Lease

Law firm Kirkland & Ellis is opening its first Miami office, joining a rush of professional-services companies expanding in the region to cater to a growing roster of finance and technology tenants.

Kirkland & Ellis signed a lease for 115,000 square feet across six floors at 830 Brickell, a new office development that has attracted the likes of Citadel, Microsoft Corp. and private equity firm Thoma Bravo, according to a statement Monday.
