New York-based law firm Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP voluntarily dismissed its suit against Elutions Inc. for allegedly failing to pay more than 1 million pounds ($1,350,000) for tax, litigation, and corporate work.
An attorney for Elutions told Bloomberg Law Tuesday the law firm had sued the wrong party. Curtis partner T. Barry Kingham said he couldn’t comment on his firm’s dismissal of the suit other than to say it wasn’t related to a settlement.
