Laura O’Donnell has joined Verily as general counsel, the Alphabet health technology company announced Wednesday.
O’Donnell joins from McKesson where she served as the company’s first independent chief compliance officer, according to Verily.
She also worked as the first chief compliance officer at Zimmer Biomet where she led a global team through enforcement agreements with the US government, said the company.
