Lathrop GPM Adds Rossiter as Trust, Estate Litigation Partner

Matthew Rossiter joined Lathrop GPM as a partner in its private client services practice group and trust and estate litigation team in St. Louis, the firm announced Wednesday.

Rossiter represents trustees, banks, beneficiaries, personal representatives, and claimants in all areas of estate administration, the firm said. His practice also includes appellate matters involving trust interpretation and validity, probate and trust administration, guardianship, and breach of fiduciary duty.

Maxwell Murtaugh also joined as counsel. They join from Rossiter & Boock.
