Lathrop GPM Adds Laurie Huotari as Business Transactions Partner

Laurie Huotari has rejoined Lathrop GPM with the firm’s business transactions practice group in Minneapolis, the firm said Tuesday.

Huotari brings more than two decades of experience, including representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, financings and loan transactions, with an emphasis on the agribusiness and healthcare industries, according to the firm.

She joins from Stoel Rives, where she served as the Minneapolis office managing partner.
