Lathrop GPM Adds Catherine Goldhaber in Chicago

Catherine Goldhaber joined Lathrop GPM as a partner in its tort, insurance & environmental practice group in Chicago, the firm announced Tuesday.

Goldhaber’s practice focuses on defending claims involving product liability, toxic substance exposure, and transportation-related injuries, and she serves as both trial and coordinating counsel in the defense of mass tort claims. She also advises clients on Medicare Secondary Payer issues, with a focus on MSP compliance disputes that occur during discovery and in resolution, the firm said.

She previously was partner in charge at Hawkins Parnell & Young in Chicago, according to her LinkedIn profile.
