Joel Weinberger rejoined Latham & Watkins as a partner in its structured finance practice in Chicago, the firm announced Thursday.
Weinberger represents clients in complex structured financings involving investment and securitization structures and advises on securitization, structured finance, secured lending, and receivables transactions across asset classes. He advises funds in connection with structuring complex investment instruments and has experience financing consumer loans, healthcare receivables, credit card receivables, equipment loans and leases, mortgage assets, and various esoteric assets, the firm said.
He rejoins from Kirkland & Ellis.
