Paul Rosen joined Latham & Watkins as a partner in its CFIUS and US national security practice in Washington and Los Angeles, the firm announced Monday.
At Latham, Rosen will help clients navigate government regulatory, investigations, and enforcement matters, including CFIUS and outbound investment reviews, the firm said.
He joins from the Treasury Department, where he was assistant secretary for investment security.
