Marc Berger joined Latham & Watkins as a global co-chair of its white collar defense and investigations practice and a member of its litigation and trial department in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Berger represents companies, boards, financial institutions, asset managers, senior executives, and cryptocurrency market participants in government and internal investigations, regulatory enforcement matters, and high-profile disputes, the firm said.
He joins from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
