Leen Zaza joined Latham & Watkins as a mergers and acquisitions partner in Riyadh, Saudia Arabia the firm announced Tuesday.
Zaza advises Saudi and international companies, private equity firms, investors, government bodies, boards, and senior executives on general corporate regulatory and advisory work, the firm said.
She joins Latham from Khoshaim & Associates.
