Daniel Sinaiko has joined Latham & Watkins as a partner in the project development and finance practice and the energy and infrastructure industry group in Century City, Calif., the firm said Monday.
Sinaiko, who also joins as a member of the finance department, advises on project development, debt finance, cash and tax equity finance, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions, according to Latham.
He has experience in the renewables and energy transition sectors, working with developers, sponsors, lenders, buyers, sellers, investors, and issuers, said the firm.
He joins from Allen & Overy.
