Melanie Howard joined Latham & Watkins as partner in its corporate department in London, the firm announced Monday.
Howard represents companies, private equity firms, and investment banks on domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, joint ventures, and disposals, the firm said.
She also joined as a member of the firm’s healthcare and life sciences and fintech industry groups.
She joins from Baker McKenzie.
