Latham & Watkins Hires Raghav Bajaj as IP Litigation Partner

Raghav Bajaj joined Latham & Watkins as a partner in the intellectual property litigation practice and litigation and trial department in Austin, the firm announced Monday.

Bajaj counsels clients and litigates all aspects of Patent Trial and Appeal Board proceedings, as well as appeals before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the firm said.

He serves as lead counsel for both petitioners and patent owners in various industries and technologies, including computer hardware, computer software, networking, e-commerce, and mobile device applications, Latham said.

He joins from Haynes and Boone.
