Latham & Watkins Hires Cohen to NY Data & Technology Practice

Jessica Cohen has joined Latham & Watkins as a partner with the data and technology transactions practice in New York, the firm said Monday.

Cohen, who joins from Simpson Thacher, provides advice on the intellectual property and technology aspects of complex transactions, according to Latham & Watkins.

Her counseling practice focuses on the acquisition, development, and commercialization of intellectual property and technology, Latham & Watkins said.
