Latham & Watkins is expanding in Houston with the hire of Max Klupchak, who was general counsel for private equity firm Sterling Group, the firm announced Monday.
Klupchak, who also previously worked at Kirkland & Ellis in Houston, will work in Latham’s M&A and private equity practice.
Latham values “his experience with middle-market deals and the industrials and manufacturing sectors, in particular,” said Nick Dhesi, office managing partner at Latham in Houston, in a statement.
