Latham & Watkins Drafts Two Emerging Companies, Growth Partners

Seth Gottlieb and Alex Kassai have joined Latham & Watkins as partners in the emerging companies and growth practice in its Bay Area, Calif., offices, the firm said Tuesday.

Gottlieb and Kassai represent emerging growth companies and their investors in pre-incorporation planning and formation, venture financings, M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, public offerings, and SEC reporting, according to Latham & Watkins.

They also advise institutional and corporate venture capital and private equity investment funds on financial and strategic investments, formation, and general fund operational and administration matters, said the firm.

The duo joins from Cooley LLP.
