Latham & Watkins Brings On Securities Litigator in Houston

Walter (Casey) Berger joined Latham & Watkins as a partner in its securities and M&A litigation practice in Houston, the firm announced Tuesday.

Berger represents corporations, private equity sponsors, officers and directors, and financial institutions in high-stakes litigation, including securities class actions and merger and corporate governance disputes. He has significant experience guiding clients through trial, appeal, and arbitration in both US and international forums, the firm said.

He joins from Winston & Strawn.
