Cravath M&A Partner Jumps to Rival Latham in Still Rare Move (2)

Cravath Swaine & Moore mergers and acquisitions partner Andrew Elken has joined Latham & Watkins in New York.

Elken, who became partner at Cravath in 2018, has worked with public companies on complex M&A, shareholder activism defense, corporate governance, and securities law. He also represents public companies and boards of directors in shareholder activist proposals and proxy solicitations.
