Deniz Tschammler has joined Latham & Watkins as a partner in the corporate department and as a member of the healthcare & life sciences practice in Frankfurt, Germany, the firm said Thursday.
Tschammler counsels pharmaceutical and medical tech companies, as well as investors and digital health providers on complex regulatory, transactional, and sector-specific compliance matters, according to Latham.
He advises clients on the regulatory implications of transactions and collaborations, market entry and access, digitization strategies, and disputes with competitors and authorities, and also counsels on industry-specific compliance and governance matters, the firm said.
