Joe Zujkowski joined Latham & Watkins as a partner in its restructuring and special situations practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Zujkowski represents debtors, ad hoc creditor groups, and individual creditors in in-court and out-of-court restructurings and in executing complicated financing transactions, the firm said.
He advises clients in structuring transactions on how to avoid bankruptcy-related risks and also advises on municipal and international financings and restructurings, the firm said.
He joins from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
