Jerome McCluskey joined Latham & Watkins as a partner in its banking and private equity finance practices in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
McCluskey advises private capital firms and their portfolio companies on complex domestic and cross-border leveraged finance and private credit transactions. His work includes leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, bridge and mezzanine financings, and debtor-in-possession and exit facility financings, the firm said.
He joins from Charlesbank Capital Partners.
