Latham & Watkins Adds Hugh O’Sullivan as London Finance Partner

Hugh O’Sullivan will join Latham & Watkins as a partner in its banking practice in London, the firm announced Monday.

O’Sullivan advises clients on high-value, complex leveraged finance and restructuring transactions across multi-tiered capital structures, including unitranche, bank and bond/bridge, first and second lien, bank and mezzanine, and holdco PIK transactions.

He joins from Goodwin.
