Latham Taps DOJ’s Andrew Forman as Washington Antitrust Partner

Andrew Forman joined Latham & Watkins as a partner in its antitrust and competition practice in Washington, the firm announced Wednesday.

Forman’s practice focuses on antitrust matters across technology, health care, pharmaceuticals, insurance, finance, transportation, consumer products, entertainment, industrials, aerospace, and defense, the firm said.

He joins from the Justice Department, where he was deputy assistant attorney general in the antitrust division.
