Marco Caffuzzi joined Latham & Watkins as a partner in its real estate practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Caffuzzi represents commercial banks, institutional lenders, foreign investors, private capital providers, sponsors, family offices, corporate clients, and public sector entities in complex real estate matters. His practice centers on structured transactions that require coordination across corporate, finance, and restructuring disciplines, the firm said.
He joins from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
