David Oppenheimer, David Varne, and Lucy Oddy joined Latham & Watkins as partners in London, the firm announced Wednesday.
Oppenheimer and Varne will work in Latham’s real estate finance practice, while Oddy joined the firm’s structured finance practice. All three previously were partners at A&O Shearman.
Oppenheimer and Varne represent real estate lenders, private equity funds, and other investors across Europe on transactions spanning the full spectrum of real estate products. Oddy advises clients, including financial institutions, funds, private equity firms and corporates on a broad range of asset-backed finance transactions, with a particular focus on the real estate sector. ...
