Latham & Watkins is advising Boston-based private equity firm Summit Partners on its majority growth investment in French legal tech startup Doctrine.
No financial details were provided for the investment, which French investment firm Peugeot Invest is also joining, according to a statement. French business newspaper Les Echos reported the transaction as worth more than $109 million.
Doctrine said it was advised by Paris-based lawyers from Jones Day, Eversheds-Sutherlands, and French firms Scotto Partners and employment law boutique Karman.
