Latham & Watkins partner Hamad Al-Hoshan is no longer headed to rival Kirkland & Ellis along with a group of Texas lawyers, according to his current firm.
A Latham spokesperson said Saturday that Al-Hoshan is staying at the firm. The New York energy and infrastructure partner last week was said to be one of roughly 10 Kirkland hires joining from Latham in a high-profile move to capture oil and gas work.
