Latham & Watkins has recruited White & Case partner James Fogarty for its structured finance practice, the firm announced Monday.
Fogarty, who spent 15 years at White & Case, advises private equity sponsors, private capital lenders, financial institutions and others in complex structured and securitization transactions, including whole business securitizations, collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and collateralized bond obligations (CBOs). His clients have included Guggenheim Securities, Neighborly Co., Avis Budget Rental Car Funding, JP Morgan Securities and GreensLedge Capital Markets.
