Tom Lee joined Latham & Watkins as a partner in its environment, land and resources Practice in the Bay Area offices, the firm announced Wednesday.
Lee advises clients on chemical regulatory issues, particularly PFAS, as well as the environmental aspects of high-stakes M&A and real estate transactions, with an emphasis on brownfield acquisition and redevelopment. He guides clients through complex transactions and manages environmental risks and costs in highly regulated jurisdictions, working across industries including chemical manufacturing, food and agriculture, retail and consumer products, and real estate investment, the firm said.
He joins from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner.
