Latham & Watkins is advising Carlyle Global Credit on its partnership with two veteran music industry executives to launch a company that will acquire and manage music rights.
The new Litmus Music was co-founded by Hank Forsyth, a former executive at Warner Chappell Music, EMI Music and Blue Note Records, and Dan McCarroll, a former Warner Brothers Records and Capitol Records president who recently was the global head of originals and artist relations at Amazon Music.
