Latham Employment Partner Rejoins Firm After Freshfields Stint

Maj Vaseghi has returned to Latham & Watkins after a stint at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, which she joined in 2020 with that firm’s opening of a Silicon Valley office.

Vaseghi will work in Latham’s Bay Area offices as a partner in the executive compensation, employment and benefits practice, the firm said in a statement. She will also be a member of Latham’s tax department.
