Latham Drafts Former Department of Justice Senior Official Again

Kevin Chambers has rejoined Latham & Watkins as a partner in the white collar defense and investigations practice and member of the litigation and trial department in Washington, D.C., the law firm said Tuesday.

Chambers joins from the US Department of Justice where he served as the director for COVID-19 fraud enforcement and as associate deputy attorney general, according to Latham & Watkins.

He was previously a partner at the firm from 2014 until early 2021. Chambers has experience in white collar investigations, litigation, and regulatory enforcement matters, said the firm.
