Latham Brings On Bragg, McConagha As Healthcare Partners In DC

Jennifer Bragg and Bill McConagha have joined Latham & Watkins as partners with the firm’s healthcare practice in Washington, the firm said Monday.

Bragg counsels companies on compliance and investigations stemming from enforcement actions initiated by the Food and Drug Administration and other governmental authorities, including the Justice Department of Justice. She also advises pharma, medical device, and other FDA-regulated companies on complex transactional matters, according to Latham.
